BEFORE INSTALLATION
Before installing any hair extensions it is recommended to co-wash your tresses with a sulfate free moisturizing conditioner and allow hair to airdry. Shampooing is suggested if the hair cuticles have an excessive amount of product build up causing the hair to be weighed down. If you must use shampoo make sure to use a sulfate free shampoo followed by a moisturizing conditioner.
Daily Maintenance
Detangle your hair daily using a wide-toothed comb or paddle brush starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots to prevent tangling and shedding.

For Curly/Wavy hair be sure to apply moisture followed by a curl defining cream. This will help hold the curl pattern.

When defining or creating a new part lightly wet the base of the lace with water and mouse. Tie the hair down with a black strip and apply medium heat for best results.

When using hot tools always use a heat protectant to extend the life of the hair. Avoid placing the hot tools directly on the lace.

To help maintain the luster and longevity of the hair be sure to wrap the hair at night with a silk/satin scarf or sleep on a silk/satin pillow case. Silk/satin helps to maintain the hairs natural moisture whereas cotton scarves dry out the hair over time due to the friction caused by the tossing and turning while sleeping. NEVER sleep on wet hair. This may cause severe tangling​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Does this hair shed?
Minimum shedding is normal since the hair is manufactured to be stitched on the weft but will not drastically change the density, however, it is recommended to properly maintain the hair tom prevent excessive tangling and shedding.

How much hair should I purchase?
For lengths 12-16 inches: 2+ bundles
For lengths 18-24 inches: 3+ bundles
For lengths 26-30 inches: 4+ bundles

Can I go swimming?
Of Course! It is recommended that you braid the hair or pull it up into a ponytail to reduce tangling. Be sure to wash and condition right after.

What is the difference between Virgin and Raw Hair?
Both types of hair are guaranteed to be unprocessed, free from dyes and chemicals. Virgin hair comes from multiple donors whereas Raw hair comes from a single donor. Raw hair is the most luxurious hair extensions on the market.
